  The 2008 Semi-Annual Report. Unaudited Financial Statements. 
The Heritage Educational Foundation releases the Heritage Plans and Impression Plan semi-annual unaudited financial statements, for the six months ended June 30, 2008.

  PROSPECTUS 2008
Heritage Education Funds RESPs are sold by Prospectus only. It is a detailed document filed each year with the Securities Commission in each province across Canada. It contains all details of the Plans from enrollment to receiving Educational Assistance Payments.

  MATURITY APPLICATION FORMS
 

Please use this form to select your pay-out option and request to release your Principal.

For plans maturing on July 31st, the Maturity Application form must be returned by the July 1st deadline.

Note: The Subscribers' and/or Beneficiary's full name and Contract Number(s) must be hand written in the section provided at the top of each form.

  HERITAGE SELF-DETERMINED OPTION (SDO)
 

This form confirms your selection of the Self-Determined Option. This option is suitable for Beneficiaries who will be enrolling in a full-time post-secondary program that is less than 2 years overall or for a Beneficiary who is not pursuing a post-secondary education. This must be completed and sent to our office by July 1st.

  EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PAYMENT (EAP) APPLICATION FORM
 

Please use this form for plans eligible to receive EAPs this September. Completed forms must be received before August 1st. If an extension is required, it must be requested before this deadline.

Note: The Beneficiary's full name and Contract Number(s) must be hand written in the section provided at the top of each form.

  SOCIAL INSURANCE NUMBER APPLICATION
  To obtain your child’s SIN you need to fill out a Social Insurance Number Application (SIN). Remember, you must have this number to register your Education Savings Plan and obtain the Canada Education Savings Grant.

  COMBINED MANAGEMENT REPORT OF FUND PERFORMANCE AND AUDITED FINANCIALS STATEMENTS-HERITAGE PLANS
  The Heritage Educational Foundation releases the Heritage Plans Management Report of Fund Performance (MRFP) and annual audited financials statements for the Heritage Plans. This is a new disclosure document that supplements the Heritage Plans annual audited financial statements. This report provides an overview of the position and financial results of the Plans for the relevant period.

  COMBINED MANAGEMENT REPORT OF FUND PERFORMANCE AND AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS-IMPRESSION PLAN
  The Heritage Educational Foundation releases the combined Management Report of Fund Performance (MRFP) and annual audited financial statements for the Impression Plan. This is a new disclosure document that supplements the Impression Plan annual audited financial statements. This report provides an overview of the position and financial results of the Plan for the relevant period.
